What a day! A wedding at Copper Mountain’s Grand Hall is always special, but this one was filled with moments that I’ll remember for a long time. The couple, surrounded by family and friends, had a perfect celebration that was romantic, fun, and a little bit magical.

We kicked off the day with gorgeous mountain views, the Grand Hall’s soaring ceilings, and the soft buzz of excitement in the air. The florist, Garden of Eden, really set the tone with their lush, wild arrangements. Every table was graced with blooms that felt fresh and organic, like they had just been picked from the mountain meadow. The greenery climbing the pillars made it feel as if nature made her way inside the building. Their work was a beautiful complement to the rustic elegance of the space.

Now, as for the weather—well, let's just say the day had a little surprise up its sleeve. As guests mingled during the cocktail hour outside, the skies opened up, and we had a good old-fashioned mountain rainstorm. I’ve seen my share of rain on a wedding day, but here’s where it gets good. As soon as the rain cleared, a stunning rainbow appeared over the mountains. Honestly, it felt like a gift from the universe, a magical little moment that everyone was lucky enough to witness. I couldn’t help but smile—because how often do you get to witness a rainbow right before the celebration really kicks off? And the timing of it all was literally spot on. I couldn't have planned it better myself :)

The vibe inside the Grand Hall was all about fun, love, and celebration. Wash Park Band had the crowd on their feet and kept the energy high throughout the night. They’re one of my favorite bands to work with because they know how to read the room and keep everyone dancing. If you’ve never seen them perform, let me just tell you, they’re incredible at bringing the right energy to a wedding.

Autumn Cutaia Photography, was absolutely amazing. She captured the moments as they unfolded—everything from the casual laughter during the cocktail hour to the quiet, intimate glances exchanged during the first dance. Autumn has this gift for being in the right place at the right time, and her photos tell the story of the day perfectly.

Colin Lee Films, the videographer, was equally incredible. His attention to detail and ability to capture those fleeting, emotional moments ensured the couple will have a beautiful film to relive their day for years to come. It’s always a treat working with someone as talented and easygoing as Colin.

Raquel Chacon Beauty worked their magic on the bride and bridal party, making everyone feel glamorous yet completely themselves. It’s always such a pleasure to work with hair and makeup artists who really listen to the vision and bring it to life, and Raquel and her team did just that.

We also had the pleasure of working with Colorado Party Rentals for the chair rentals. The sleek, modern design of their chairs was the perfect touch for this wedding. They helped to elevate the space without taking away from the natural beauty of the surroundings.

All in all, this Copper Mountain wedding was a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do. It wasn’t just the stunning venue or the flawless execution—it was the moments that unfolded unexpectedly. The rainbow, the laughter, and the joy of everyone coming together to celebrate two people starting their life together. (not to mention a sweet shout out to me during the couple's thank you toast :) It was the kind of wedding that just feels like pure magic. And I’m so grateful to have been part of it!
